Do I need to provide website updates in a particular format?
All website updates must be provided electronically, either in an email or as an attachment to an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional charges may be incurred for scanning photos or retyping text.
In order to avoid delays in updating your website, please provide clear instructions in your email as to how the content is to be updated, such as stating the name of the page (and section / paragraph / photo as appropriate).
How often are website updates completed?
Website updates are completed on a weekly basis.
All website updates must be submitted by close of business Friday in order to be completed during the following weekly update.
Our policy is to complete all updates before close of business each Friday, provided we have sufficient information from you to complete the update. While we will attempt to perform updates for your website early in the week, this may not always be possible and we appreciate your patience during this time.
If you require an urgent update, please submit an enquiry with a brief description of your circumstances and we will endeavour to complete the website update sooner if possible.
